On June 21st we traveled to Nazareth, PA to tour the Martin Guitar Factory.  We brought Abby to the groomers for a doggy-spa-day, which gave us the afternoon to both see how these beautiful instruments are made.  Years ago, we toured the Fender Guitar Factory in Mexico, where they concentrated on electric guitars.  The Martin Guitar Factory makes acoustic guitars, some of their guitars are both electric and acoustic.  The process is very involved and interesting.  Rich has both an electric Fender and an acoustic Martin.  We have taken his Martin with us on our cross-country trip, so he can play it with Meir.
